| February 28, 2025 | Purchasing deadline for new additions to the library's book and ebook collections. Because of other system freeze dates beginning in March 2025, we have to freeze adding new information to the library catalog. |
| May 23, 2025 | OhioLINK and SearchOhio requesting freezes at 5pm on Friday, May 23, 2025. No new requests or renewals can be placed after this time. Items can be kept; you do not need to return OhioLINK and/or SearchOhio items you have checked out. Due dates will be adjusted accordingly. |
| June 3, 2025 | Local checkouts will shift to a manual, offline system. |
| June 18, 2025 | Go-live date for our new library services platform. |
| July 2025 | OhioLINK requesting resumes. |
| Later fall 2025 | SearchOhio requesting will resume. This service is more complicated to bring back online and so will take longer into 2025 to restore. |
