This week is a special time for discovery and community for students, faculty, staff, and emeriti. We'll feature a variety of activities, so use this guide to mark your planners. Collaborative Teaching Experiences - a Teaching and Learning Conversation for Faculty / Staff
12 noon - 1pm, Reading Room
Faculty and staff are invited to a special teaching and learning conversation at noon on Monday, February 1, in the Reading Room. Box lunches will be provided to those who made prior reservation. You may also bring your own lunch or join us for the presentations.
The program features two presentations:
1) Deanna Barthlow-Potkanowicz and Matt Friesen for their collaborative/tag-team teaching of PSY 258: Social Psychology and SOC 185: Women in Society
2) Steve Harnish, Darryl Nester, and other representatives for their collaborative teaching efforts in MAT 299: Data Analytics.

First Tuesday Forum

Meg Short, senior public relations major from Archbold, Ohio, will present the February First Tuesday alternate forum event as part of our Celebrate schedule. Meg will reflect on her role as part of the team of Bluffton student journalists who told the story of the summer 2015 Mennonite Church USA convention in Kansas City, Missouri. Arts and Lecture Forum Credit will be available.
Five Minutes of Fame
4:00 - 5:00 pm, Reading Room
Eight student scholars, nominated by members of our faculty, have accepted the challenge to present on their research, creative work, or pre-professional experiences in a lively and fast-paced format that gives each one just five minutes at the microphone. This event, our second annual, is fun for both presenters and audience alike! More information | Roster of presenters

Health and Wellness Expo
10:00am - 1:00pm, Reading Room
Join us Wednesday morning and early afternoon for lots of great health and wellness information! Fourteen students will present poster sessions with demos and food samples...
Research Fair
1:00 - 4:30pm - Musselman Library main floor
This poster-session-style event will showcase student research in a broad sense, including traditional research presentations, projects, and creative work, from fifty Bluffton University students. Participants were nominated by members of the faculty. More details | Participant list

Friday Coffee
Our traditional Friday morning activity, open to all of campus during this special week.
